Happy Easter Egg...Late

These are the cards I had the girls do for class on Saturday night...it was such a quick and easy project...with hardly any stampin' involved...we combined a small amount of stamping and the use of stickers...the ladies did a great job with their cards and as you can see from some that I have here they all have their own style...well done ladies...you did a great job.





Stamps: back ground basics (retired).

Card stock: whisper white...purely pomegranate...close to cocoa...wild wasabi...certainly celery...and cream printer paper purchased at Staples.

Inks: wild wasabi...and Tempting turquoise.

Marker: tempting turquoise.

Additional supplies: ticket corner punch...snail adhesive...wild wasabi double stitch ribbon...quick dry tacky adhesive...die cut shimmer stickers by reminisce...score-it board...and fresh mowed grass dew drops purchased from The Robins Nest.

Sweet Little One

These are the cards Carol did for class on Saturday night...how darn cute are they...the ladies had a couple of colour combo's to choose from with a yellow or green ribbon...the ladies did a great job on their cards.


Stamp sets: Itty bitty back ground...Zoofari...holiday's and wishes...and hugs and wishes.

Card stock: pretty in pink...gable green...summer sun...and soft sky DSP.

Inks: black and pretty in pink.

Get Together...3 X 3

Can we stand one more 3 X 3 card???...LOL...I don't have time this morning so this was my quick fix...we have a class tonight and I need to cut out and get all my supplies together...plus I have to run to the store to get some chips or cookies for us to munch on...we can't have a stampin' good time and not have munchies too...LOL...and with this little card I feel like I'm inviting everyone who wants to come and join us is welcome to come if they like...my time today was limited so this was such a nice quick and easy card...I had fun making it.

Sweet Treats

These are the sweet treats I made for the stampin' ladies and some of the girls at work...and those little gourmet jelly belly's are delish...and I should know...I ate more than I put in the bags...LOL.



Stamp sets: tags so much (retired).

Card stock: very vanilla...tempting turquoise...printed floral paper purchased at ACMoore.

Inks: pixie pink.

Markers: assorted colours.

Additional supplies: snail adhesive...coloured staples purchased ay ACMoore...sakura clear and silver glittered pens...small and large rectangle punches...and the small treat bags were purchased at ACMoore.

Sweet One...Lollipops

One of our Secretaries at work niece had a baby last week and this is the cute card I made her...but it was also a sweet treat...I must say she loved it...inside I put a white piece of printer paper and ticket punched the corners (my fave embellie) to write her a short note...the size is a 3 X 3 card.



Stamp sets: So many scallops...beyond the basics (retired)...and warmest regards(retired).

Card stock: creamy caramel...whisper white...pink passion...red embossed heart card stock...and printed paper scraps.

Inks: purely pomegranate and pixie pink.

Additional supplies: scallop circle punch...ticket corner punch...1/4 and 1/16 circle hand punches...real red hemp twine...snail adhesive...and stickles yellow glitter.

The second sweet treat below has a smaller lollipop and would make great party favours for a baby shower...just tie on whatever colour ribbon is appropriate pink or blue...if the sex of baby is unknown...tie on yellow and light green ribbons.
This was a fun project to work on...I think I ate half of the bag of lollipops though...LOL.

Happy...Happy...Happy Spring

This is my card I did for our class last Friday night...it was quick...easy...and lots of fun...and had a little bling to welcome in the spring...we had fun making this cards and the stampin' good time ladies loved it.

Apricot Appeal card stock on the side of the card was torn down the side and also used inside the Roll-a-binds...LUV it.


Stamp sets: Back ground basics...brushstroke alphabet (retired)...and many happy returns.

Card stock: certainly celery...apricot appeal...cream printer paper.

Inks: Certainly celery.

Additional supplies: 3/4 inch circle punch...green roll-a-binds Purchased from Marco Papers...stampin' dimensional...snail adhesive...tag corner punch...fiskars cutter...quick dry tacky adhesive purchased from The Great American stamp store...and Spring Blooms dew drops purchased from the Robins Nest.

Inside the card I added cream printer paper and used my tag corner punch to punch the edges... so that I could write my message...it is my favorite accessory to add when my cards are complete...it gives cards a nice finished look and makes it easy on the eyes for the recipient when reading the sentiment or your note.

Birthday Wishes

This is the wonderful card Carol did for our class last Friday...I am in love with the colours and absolutely love the Winter Green DSP...the card is simple...but elegant.

Happy Easter Everyone

I am in Lake Placid for the Easter weekend and I am having a great time...my daughter and son-in-law bought me up here to teach me to ski...I DON'T SKI...I have pics to post but that will be at a later time...I did want to stop for a minute and wish everyone a very Happy Easter.

I am hoping to get some stamping done while they are on the slopes...but I also saw a scrapbook store in town when we went for breakfast...so I'm also hoping to stop in there and check out the goodies they have.

You're on my mind...3 X 3

This is another 3 X 3 card...I really love doing these...they are so quick...and what I love the most is that it is a great way to use up a lot of the scraps I have leftover from other projects...so waste is kept to a minimum (I hate waste...LOL).
The colours on this card is bright and cheerful...but it has done little to keep away the freezing winds and occasional snow squalls (LOL)...but I keep telling myself...spring is just around the corner...spring is just around the corner...LOL.

Yum...Yum Treat Box

It is so darn cold and windy outside...it certainly doesn't feel like spring...it still feels like winter to me...so I pulled out my snowflakes paper to make this project...I altered a cute cookie box I had...after I started I remember I got yelled at by the stampin' good time ladies for still having my snowman flag outside...they think I've been causing all the snow with all my snowmen stuff around the house...sure hope it doesn't snow this weekend or I will never hear the end of it...LOL.

This is my project that I've been working on all day...and I must say that I am very pleased that it turned out so nice (pat...pat...on the back)... :>).

Just A Note...Mini Books

I had a lot of fun making these little notebooks and wish I had time to make more this morning...with all this rain today all I felt like doing was sleep...sleep...sleep...but I will be making more for quick gifts very soon.

Sweet of You...St. Patrick

Good morning everyone and Happy St. Patricks Day...I've been up for hours and couldn't sleep so I figured I might as well take pics and post the project that I shared with the stampin' good time ladies on Saturday night...we had a great time and did some great projects...my project was a pocket for a lollipop...YUM...LOL.
Here I added a 3 X 3 card to show this sucker could be converted to a mini card if you didn't want to make the pocket...cute gift to give the kids.




Stamp set: So many scallops.

Card stock: creamy caramel...old olive...printed shamrock paper...and cream printer paper (inside of card).

Inks: glorious green.

Punches: scalloped punch...ticket corner...1/4" hand held circle...and 1/16 hand held circle.

Additional supplies: Crystal effects...wild wasabi double stitched ribbon...green plaid ribbon...snail adhesive...sticky strip...green galore brads...bright green brads from Michael's (on the card)...and spring bloom dew drops from The Robins Nest.


I really love the bling on these projects...and these little acrylic gems from the Robin's Nest are the greatest.


Inside the card I did my favorite finishing touch...and that was a piece of cream printer paper to write my sentiment.

Carol's Spinner Card

Hi everyone...first of all Carol and I would like to thank the stampin' good time ladies for an awesome class last night...you were all a barrel of fun...LOL...thanks to our two guest for joining us...Kaitlyn and Megan you're both welcome to come back anytime...Megan we all enjoyed your country singing...thanks everyone.

This is the card Carol had the ladies work on...with her favorite tool of course...the Coluzzle...everyone enjoyed working with it...and we all loved the finished card...especially the way it spins when you first open the card...great project Carol.

Irish Luck...The Dress

I thought doing another one of these dress cards would be quick and easy...but guess what...it wasn't quick...and it sure wasn't easy...it gave me quite a hard time and the glimmer mist kept on folding and crinkling the card stock...if I ever make another one I will use the glimmer mist first and stick the card stock between two heavy books for a couple of hours till it dries...LOL...but I must say once the card was completed...I was very happy with it...and of course I love all the "BLING"...LOL.



Stamp set: Studio "G" purchased from Michael's.

Card stock: sage shadow...whisper white...summer sun...printed scraps...and cream printer paper from Staples.

Inks: always artichoke.

Markers: certainly celery...apricot appeal...bashful blue...pale plum...and barely banana.

Additional supplies: word window punch...ticket corner punch...snail adhesive...crystal effects...stickles yellow glitter...light green rhinestones...score-it-board...mistletoe glimmer mist from The Tattered Angels...and shamrock embellishments.

Inside the card I used my favorite embellishment...and that was the cream printer paper I write my notes on...I use the ticket corner punch on the edges to give the card a nice finished look.

Dennis's Birthday

I love this set and thought it was perfect to make a card for my brother's birthday on Saturday...it's perfect for masculine cards which I don't do too often...but think I'll make more with this set...it has several different pick-ups.


Stamp sets: Classic pick-up's (retired)...lots of thoughts.

Card stock; very vanilla...true thyme (retired)...so saffron...mellow moss...old olive...and cream printer paper.

The ribbon from Offray is absolutely stunning...the soft greens and the shimmer...and the tiny stripes of gold running through it...I fell in love with it and said I need to stock up on more...the photo doesn't show the real beauty of it...I went back to Joannes to get more but they were out of it and she believes it is discountinued...DARN...DARN...DARN...lol.

Birthday Wishes

This wrapping paper was so pretty I didn't want to throw it out...so I thought I'd add it to a card...and it worked out nicely as a background on my card...I love it...the colours are bold and bright...and the flowers remind me of "Big Blossom" background stamp from the 2007 Sell-A-Bration catty...it gives me the idea to make my own wrapping paper from big blossom...LOL.
