I'm Here...Baby Girl

This is the second baby card and the last of the nine cards we made for the stamp-a-stack...The ladies now have a nice collection of cards that are ready to go in there stash...four thank you cards...two baby girl cards...two baby boy cards...and the bonus mothers day card...the best part is all the cards were quick and easy to make.

This is the quick recipe:
Stamp set: I'm Here (retired).
*****
Card stock: cream...pretty in pink...perfect plum...and white printer paper.
*****
Inks: regal rose and perfect plum.
*****
Punches: 2X3 oval from EKSucces...wide oval 1/16" hand held circle...and cuttle bug Swiss dots folder.
*****
Additional supplies: pink heart brads...sticky strip...snail adhesive...fiskar cutter...score-it...big shot...and blush shimmery satin ribbon from American Crafts...I wish you could see how beautiful and shimmery this ribbon is... it's also very, very soft...the pic doesn't do it justice.

All supplies from stampin' up unless otherwise noted.

Inside this card I stamped the hand print but I didn't stamp off on a separate piece of paper...I used the full colour and it looks just as cute as the lighter print yesterday.

The weekend promises to be a beautiful one...enjoy it...thanks for stopping in this morning and I hope you all have a stampin' good day.

I'm Here...Baby Boy

This is the first of the baby cards from the set of eight stamp-a-stack that we made to add to our stash...it was quick and easy...plus we did a bonus Mothers Day card that I posted on Mothers Day.

This is the recipe:
Stamp set: I'm here(retired).
*****
Card stock: cream...creamy caramel...so saffron...ballet blue...and white printer paper.
*****
Inks: basic brown and ballet blue.
*****
Punches: designer label...tag corner...1/16" hand held circle...and cuttle bug Swiss dots.
*****
Additional supplies: snail adhesive...sticky strip...stampin' dimensionals...fiskar cutter...score-it...blue brads...big shot...and blue/yellow ribbon from Joannes.

Inside  the card I used the foot print stamp...I stamped off on a separate piece of paper twice so that the foot print was very light with the third print.

All supplies from stampin' up unless otherwise noted.

Thanks for stopping in this morning and sharing my card...I hope everyone has a stampin' good day.

A Note of Thanks

This is the second thank you card I had for the stamp-a-stack...this was very quick and easy to make. A bunch of these could be made in an assortment of colours and put aside till you need them...I love that soft moss ribbon it is so nice to work with.

This is the recipe:
Stamps: thank you kindly.
*****
Card stock: whisper white...mellow moss...so saffron...and white printer paper.
*****
Inks: always artichoke.
*****
Punches: cuttle bug frills borders and welcome baby folders...long reach circle from Emaginations.
*****
Additional supplies: snail adhesive...fiskar cutter...score-it...big shot...circle brad assortment...and soft sheer moss ribbon from Michael's.

Inside  the card on the printer paper I used the frills borders folder.

It's another rainy morning down here in the city...the only thing I like about it is that it keeps the pollen down and washes all that green powder off the car...YUK!.

I'm off to give my daughter a helping hand around the house...thanks for stopping by and sharing my card this morning...stay dry and have a stampin' good day.

Grateful Thank You

I am so behind on all my stampin' and posting of my cards and projects...I wanted to see if i could catch up with some of it this week.

This is one of the cards we made at a stamp-a-stack last month (I told you I was behind...LOL)...the ladies made two of this particular card. I wanted them to have a nice stash of cards for whenever they needed them.

This is the quick recipe:
Stamp sets: sidekick sayings(retired)...sprinkles...and all holidays.
*****
Card stock: cream...always artichoke...almost amethyst...rose red...so saffron and white printer paper.
*****
Inks: lovely lilac...rose red...and so saffron.
*****
Punches: rounded tab...ticket corner...and 1/6 inch hand held circle.
*****
Additional supplies: purple brads...snail adhesive...fiskar cutter...and score-it.
*****

All supplies from stampin' up unless otherwise noted.

I don't know if it's clear in the pic, because it's so light...but inside I have white printer paper lightly stamped around the edges.
*****

The weather here in the city this morning is rainy and so foggy...I went out for a walk with Yukkio and Kenzo early this morning while my daughter and grandson slept...of course all the moisture made my hair frizz...and no I will not allow my daughter to take a pic of it...LOL.
Anyway...I've got to run...thanks for stopping by this dreary morning and sharing my card...I hope that I bought a little sunshine to your day...enjoy the morning and have a stampin' good day.

Dionne's Baby Boy Paint Can

Congratulations to Dionne...Byron...and big sister Rhianna on the birth of the new addition to the family...a healthy baby boy...Byron Jr.

Inside the can I filled it with baby bath products and a little teddy bear onesie with a matching teddy bear bib.

The recipe was a quick and easy one...I used ice blue twine plaid from Making Memories and my stars card stock...the baby boy magnet is from Die cuts With A View...sticky strip...stampin' dimensionals...brilliant blue ink...assorted stickers, chip boards, and ribbons...the paint can with lid and can opener are from The Home Depot.

The baby boy sign on top of the can is a magnet and can be removed to hang on a door or the wall of the new baby's room.

All supplies from stampin up unless otherwise noted.

I'm still down at my daughter and son-in-law visiting with my grandson and he's doing very well...thanks so much for stopping in and sharing my project...enjoy the beautiful morning...and have a super stampin' good day.

Duckie Thanks So Much

I'm addicted to duckie...so of course I had to use my favorite set to make a thank you card to send to my daughter for giving me that gift certificate for a day at the spa...I can't wait to use it.

This is my recipe:

Stamp sets: wagon full of fun and sprinkles.
*****
Card stock: cream...creamy caramel...assorted scraps and cream printer paper.
*****
Inks: chocolate chip and creamy caramel.
*****
Markers: assorted stampin' write.
*****
Punches: heart to heart...ticket corner...sizzix thank you folder...and cuttle bug distressed stripes folder.
*****
Additional supplies: big shot...fiskar...score-it...stampin' dimensionals...snail adhesive...peridot crystal...crystal effects...soft moss sheer ribbon from Michael's...and silver stickles glitter glue.
*****

All supplies from stampin' up unless otherwise noted.

Inside the card I used my heart to heart punch on the printer paper...then I used my finger to colour in the hearts with the creamy caramel ink...just rub your finger lightly over the ink pad and rub it on the paper.

My allergies have been acting up again...it is suppose to rain this morning so maybe that will cut the pollen count down a little and allow me to breathe...thanks everyone for stopping in this morning...I hope you have a stampin' good day.

...and baby makes three

The happy family.
My son-in-law, my daughter, and my beautiful grandson.
He's so tiny...but we will enjoy him, because they grow so fast.

I think my daughter looks absolutely great just hours after delivery.

It's going to be a few days before I do any stamping, but I do have a couple of projects in the works.
Thanks for putting up with this super proud grammer.
I hope everyone has a stampin' good day.
