Stars Box-in-a Bag

I do feel that this little poem is worth repeating and I love it.
Rosa sat...
So Martin could walk...
So that Obama could run...
So that our children and grandchildren can fly.
God Bless America!
God bless our new president and vice president.
God bless change.
Like many Americans today I will be glued to the TV screen...since I won't be able to make it to Washington, DC to see Barack Obama sworn in as our 44th president...but at least I will be warm and comfortable...and be able to share history with millions of other people...I wouldn't be able to take that biting cold and the wind.
I made this cute little stars box-in-a-bag a while ago and I'd forgotten all about it...so I thought it would be great to post it today...I love the Americana paper and the red star ribbon.

This is the recipe:
Stamp sets: Too Terrific Tags(retired).
Card stock: Debbie Mums blue stars 12X12 printed paper...and assorted scraps.
Inks: real red.
Punches: scallop edge...horizontal slot...small star...small and large rectangle...slit...rounded tab...and 1/14 inch circle hand held punch.
Additional supplies: sticky strip...snail adhesive...red eyelets...crop-a-dile...yello star brads...score-it board...fiskar cutter...white stars red ribbon purchased from The Card Company...and silver cording(retired).

All supplies from stampin' up unless otherwise noted.

I might not get a chance to stamp today...but if you do I hope you have a stampin' good day.
