Charmed Something Challenge
The challenge this week over at Stamp Challenges was to use charms in your project or on your card...they can be store bought or hand made...I have a primitive heart that I purchased long ago and I made a few little ones with my new jewelry tag punch from stampin' up.

Colour Me Happy...RTB #15
Over at Raise the Bar we had to pick out our favorite colours for our card or project.
www.raisethebarchallenge.blogspot.com
This is the recipe:
Stamp sets: tiny tags and birthday cupcake.
*****
Card stock: crushed curry (my favorite)...dusty durango...whisper white...night of navy...orchid opulence...assorted scraps and white printer paper.
*****
Ink: chocolate chip.
*****
Punches: jewelry tag...1/16" hand held circle...heart blocks folder...and top note die.
*****
Additional supplies: stickles yellow glitter glue...s/u mini glue dots...yellow satin edge ribbon...blue and yellow buttons...natural hemp twine...snail...primitive heart charm...big shot...fiskar...and score-it.
Carol and I are not sure yet how we feel about stampin' up clear stamps and the new punches...but I thought I'd try out this new set I just got...I do like that there's now two price points for the stamp sets to chose from and if your short on space these new punches are great since you can close them and they won't take up a lot of room...the same can be said for the clear sets...I will have to get a few more and try them out before I decide.
The tags are made from the new set Tiny Tags that has a coordinating punch...I must say I do love this punch and the stamp set.
Thanks for droppin' by on another cold and rainy morning...the weather is cold and dreary...doesn't feel like spring at all...but my allergies are still bothering me...even with all the rain...anyway off I go for a cup of hot tea...read the paper and relax for a while...then I'll do some stampin' later...enjoy your day and I hope you all have a stampin' good time.
Don't forget to stop by these sites and try the challenges for yourselves...lots of fun and inspiration.
