Grow Pillow Box....ssnotime133 & C4C31

Combining these two challenges was a lot of fun...it's always great to work with chipboard, but combining it with the Kraft card stock was so easy.

Over at No time to stamp challenge #133 we had to use chipboard on a card or in a project...that was easy since I have tons of chipboard that I really needed to use up...so I can make room for something else of course...lol.

The challenge over at Crazy 4 challenges...C4C31 was whatever we made we had to use the Kraft card stock as our base to the project...another easy and fun request.

This is what I made...I needed a quick gift anyway for a spring birthday so this worked out beautifully.

This is the recipe:

Stamps: seeds of kindness 2 step stampin'...and sprinkles.
*****
Card stock: kraft...shape/tags...words/tags...and word/saying patterned chipboard pieces from K&Company.
Ink: old olive and soft suede.
*****
Punches: 1/16" hand held circle.
*****
Additional supplies: silver mini brads...S/U mini glue dots...sticky strip...green flower brads...autumn leaves ribbon yarn...score-it...crystal effects...and green mix dots.

Inside the box I added some packets of flower seeds for her to plant in her garden...I might buy a couple more because there's plenty of room inside...I will also add a pair of gardening gloves, a basket to carry her cut flowers, and some gardening tools.

I love this ribbon it is so soft and very easy to work with...don't let the name Autumn Leaves fool you...it can be used all year round...if you look closely you can see the brown that closely resembles Kraft c/s.

I loved this project...and the challenges made it so easy for me to make my gift...or I'd still be playing around trying to figure something out...drop on over to both of these challenges and give them a try...it's fun.

It's a beautiful day today we are in the high 80's here...I hope you are all having the same nice weather...enjoy it and have fun...I hope you all have a stampin' good day.
