Top Note Happy Birthday w/ Scallop square Gift Tag

This is the second set of cards and gift tag we made in our class last week...I love the top note die...it makes cards and projects look very special...we had a great time making this card...it was so very easy too.

This is the matching tag...I also ran it through the big shot to emboss the back ground...I have literally thousands of these tags and saw them used in someone Else's project and I loved the look...I decided what a great way to use up my stash of them.

This is the easy recipe:

Stamp set: punch a bunch.
*****
Card stock: shimmer white...pear pizzazz...daffodil delight...cream shipping label from Staples...and white printer paper.
*****
Ink: chocolate chip.
*****
Punches: top note die...scallop square...and happy birthday folder.
*****
Additional supplies: pink sorbet bakers twine...melon mambo ice cream parlor buttons...stampin' dimensionals...snail...and s/u mini glue dots.

What a beautiful day it is...it's the first day of Spring...yeeehhhhh!!!...well actually 7:12pm will be officially Spring (I think)...I'm going to go shopping with my son-in-law, daughter, and grandson this morning...enjoy the rest of your Sunday...and I hope you all have a stampin' good time.

Fabulous card and tag Beverley.
The embossing really gives it style.
