Small Ready-Set-Blow

It's National Breast Cancer Awareness Month...don't forget to do your monthly self breast exam...or make an appointment for a mammogram.

This was our second class project for the evening...these adorable small pinwheels...a card and some single pinwheels in a jar.

These pinwheels would make fantastic favors for a baby shower...or a party...they are a very easy project to put together...the 6X6 paper packs are perfect for the pinwheel project that you may want to make...I love pinwheels.

Here is the fun recipe:

Stamp set: pinwheel sentiments.
*****
Card stock: daffodil yellow...pear pizzazz...pretty in pink...print pack DSP...and lollipop sticks.
*****
Ink: cherry cobbler.
*****
Punches: small pinwheel die...large oval...1/16" hand held circle...and bloom dots folder.
*****
Additional supplies: honeydew bakers twine...s/u mini glue dots...big shot...green and red flower brads...and gold mini brad.

Below you can see the difference between the medium pinwheel die and the small die...the medium die is one large die and you cut out two to make the pinwheel...the small die is just one of the wheels and you need to cut out six to make the pinwheel...either one is fun to play with.

This was a great project and the pinwheels can be added to so many projects for any occasion...we had a great time playing with it...what a beautiful!...beautiful! weekend...I hope everyone is enjoying it...have a great day and a stampin' good time.
