Thank You Pear Card Fronts-Bonus Round

Don't forget to schedule your annual mammogram for Breast Cancer Awareness Month...early detection is the key to surviving breast cancer...the life that you save...maybe your own.

I took my pics early this morning because I don't know if  I will be able to do anything later...the wind is awful here...I love walking in the leaves when they are blowing all over the place...but this is a little scary...we don't have any rain yet just dark skies and the wind...I hope everyone stays safe today...fill your bath tub with water to flush toilette's and rinse off utensils...please stay safe.

Thank You Pear Cherry Cobbler card front is the bonus round and the last of the canning workshop projects...don't you just love the cherry cobbler background on this front...hands down this one is my favorite.

Thank You Pear Pizzazz card stock background gives this card front a totally different look...the look is a lot softer.

Thank You Pear Positively Pink background card stock also makes this card front pop...and the chocolate chip accents make the pink even brighter I think.

Thank You Pear Chocolate Chip card stock background really makes the Kiwi Kiss satin ribbon stand out on the card front...I have these fronts ready to go in case I need a card...it is easy to switch out the sentiment and add something else more appropriate if need be.

Thank you all for droppin' by this morning...of all the projects we did at the canning workshop...I have to say this was the easiest and most fun...I think this one is my absolute favorite...have  a great morning and as I said earlier...please be safe...and may you all have a stampin' good time.

Hello Jar Card

Breast Cancer Awareness Month...in case you didn't know is October...I just want to remind you...get a mammogram and also do a Self Breast Exam today.

I'm sharing another project that we did in our Canning Workshop this month...my card is the cute jar that has been die cut on the front of the card...then backed with blue tissue paper to make it look like the jar is full of water...too! too! cute if I may say so myself...lol...you can save the jar die and also make a gift tag that goes with this card...or just make something completely different with it...I am going to make another card with mine that I will share later.

My favorite part of the card is the butterfly that has been also die cut...and a corner edger put over it...the corner edger was a perfect fit over the butterfly...I absolutely love it...I will be making more cards using butterflies and that corner edger.

 This is the recipe:

Stamp sets: perfectly preserved and friendship.
*****
Card stock: whisper white...assorted scraps...light blue tissue paper...acrylic sheet...and white printer paper.
*****
Ink: garden green...wisteria wonder...summer starfruit...only orange..and pink passion.
*****
Punches: beautiful wings die...framelits window frames and cannery set collections...3/4" circle...2 step bird...swiss dots folder...and Macarena Corner.
*****
Additional supplies: orange paper ribbon...snail...s/u mini glue dots...big shot...score-it...and fiskar.

Well I don't have too much to do to get ready for the storm...I have water and some canned goods but not a lot...I really didn't want to over do it...I hope you are all safe and ready too...thanks so much for droppin' by this morning...I hope you liked this card that I made...enjoy what we have left of this nice weekend...and please stay safe...I hope you all have a stampin' good time.

 Here is the recipe:

Cherries Just for You and Gift Tag

This says it all...October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month...Lets save them all...BIG and small.

This is the second project from our canning party...we made a card and matching gift tag...I love this set...it is so easy not to have to cut out anything by hand...these types of sets are going to spoil me.

This tag I cut out the sentiment part by hand because I wanted it smaller than the diecut portion...that's another nice possibility if you want something just a bit smaller than the die itself...Luv it!

Another easy recipe:

Stamp sets: perfectly preserved and friendship preserves.
*****
Card stock: very vanilla...green galore...real red...assorted scraps...and cream printer paper.
*****
Ink: marina mist.
*****
Markers: stampin' write.
*****
Punches: key tag...1/16" hand held circle...framelits cannery and window frame.
*****
Additional supplies: peapod bakers twine...s/u acrylic blocks...snail...s/u mini glue dots...big shot...fiskar...score-it...genius platform...and crystal effects.

I love making matching tags with my cards or gifts now.

Thanks for stoppin' by this morning and sharing my projects...a little cold and windy this morning...but I guess it's nothing as to what we will be getting next week...better get all my stamps and projects out and hunker down...stay safe everyone...have a great weekend....TGIF...I hope you all have a stampin' good time.

Corny Post-it Pad and Gift Tag

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

I have the pics from our Canning Party last week...we made a couple of cute projects with the new set from the mini catty...which really isn't that mini anymore...lol...first up is this little post-it pad holder and a matching gift tag if you decide to give it as a set.

The adorable tag can be given with the pad if you plan on parting with it for a gift for someone...or use it separately with a canned or boxed goodie.

 The Fun Recipe:

Stamp set: perfectly preserved and teeny tiny wishes.
*****
Card stock: daffodil yellow...old olive...cream...red and white gingham paper...cream...and a post-it note pad.
*****
Ink; more mustard.
*****
Markers: stampin' write.
*****
Punches: framelits cannery set and window frame collections...1/16" hand held circle.
*****
Additional supplies: snail...crystal effects...strip magnet...big shot...fiskar...score-it...and s/u linen thread.

Merry Little Christmas Card Front

Here is the last project from the Catty Partaaaaay!...it was a freebie for the ladies to take home and make a project using these supplies I put in there packet...this is my inspiration that I made with the supplies.

To allow the embossing to stand out more...I lightly rubbed stampin' pastels over it...softer and much prettier than trying to colour with markers or pencils.

In the corner over the sentiment...I added my fav bling embelli...or in English...my favorite crystal embellishment...lol.

Here is my easy recipe:

Stamp set: cute converse.
*****
Card stock: whisper white...raspberry ripple...and lights DSP.
*****
Ink: old olive.
*****
Chalk: stampin' pastels.
*****
Punches: extra large ornament...med oval...and holly folder.
*****
Additional supplies: snail...gold cording...crystal bling...big shot...fiskar...and stampin' dimensionals.

Thanks for droppin' by this morning...enjoy the rest of the day...and I hope you all have a stampin' good time.

Joyful Holiday Ornaments

Another card to share this morning from the catty party Yeeeehhhhh!!!...this was the bonus card that all the ladies got to make...it was a 5X7 card...big enough to hold all these holiday ornaments...and it was a nice bold look...it's another of my favorite cards from the buffet.

I love the sentiment in the Apothecary Frame...there was actually three words on the stamp...but I really only wanted to use the first two...so the third one was masked off...besides the two words fit perfectly into the frame.

The strip of real red card stock was embossed with the string of lights...then rubbed with a dauber very lightly using stampin' pastels pretty in pink...this made the lights stand out more.

Here is the recipe:

Stamp set: wishes awash.
*****
Card stock: cream...gumball green...real red...ornament DSP...and cream printer paper.
*****
Ink: gumball green.
*****
Chalk: stampin' pastels pretty in pink.
*****
Punches: framelits apothecary accents...1/16" hand held circle...and holly and winter borders folder.
*****
Additional supplies: snail...stampin' dimensionals...big shot...glass brads...peapod bakers twine...sponge daubers...fiskar...and score-it.

Thanks for droppin' by this morning...and a BIG thank you to my stampin' ladies...they make all the classes such a fun time and a wonderful evening...hope your having a great weekend...and of course an even more fabulous stampin' good time.

Be Merry Gift Tag-Ornaments Keepsakes

I have a gift tag this morning from our Catty Partaaaaaay...I love using JUMBO tags...especially on the larger gifts because they don't get lost on the package...I only wanted to use one ornament...so that the ornament wouldn't get lost on the tag...I did several layers of the ornament...I did three but you probably can do more.

This was such an easy tag...emboss it using an embossing folder....rub it lightly with stampin' pastels to show up the embossing...I used my Framelits dies to make the ornament...just add some fabulous embellies and you are ready to go.

Here is the recipe:

Stamp sets: ornament keepsakes...warm words...and teeny tiny tags.
*****
Card stock: whisper white...glorious green...raspberry tart and dashing DSP's.
*****
Ink: glorious green.
*****
Markers: sakura clear glitter pen.
*****
Chalks: stampin' pastels.
*****
Punches: framelits holiday ornaments...large oval...jewelry tag...and Christmas ornaments embossing folder.
*****
Additional supplies: silver cording...crystal effects...snail...big shot...sponge dauber...acrylic blocks...and poinsettia dew drops.

Thanks for stoppin' by this rainy, cold, and windy morning...the dogs weren't too happy out there either and I was glad when they decided to head back to the house...we didn't even make it all the way to the reservoir...you won't hear any complaints from me...usually we can be outside over and hour with them sniffing the air and listening...lol...thank you stampin' ladies for a fun evening...and thanks to all of you for droppin' by this morning...stay warm and safe today...enjoy the rest of the morning...and I hope you all have a stampin' good time.

Peace-Ornaments Keepsakes

I have another card to share from my Catty Partaaaaaay! last week...I had some cards for the ladies to make from the card buffet before they were allowed to dive into the new Holiday Catty...the card is an unusual colour combination for Christmas...but it works very nicely...this card was an absolute favorite of the ladies...and mine too...especially with the glittery green ribbon.

I love the new Stampin' Dazzle markers from Stampin' Up...I'm not crazy about my handwriting...so I used the dazzle markers on the stamped sentiment and stamped the inside of my card...that's the beauty of these markers...you can use them to hand write your sentiment or message...or you can rub them over your rubber stamp and stamp the sentiment onto the card stock...like I did below...luv it!!!

This is the recipe:

Stamp sets: Ornament Keepsakes and heard from the heart.
*****
Card stock: bravo burgundy...gumball green...and certainly celery DSPrints.
*****
Ink: certainly celery.
*****
Markers: silver stampin' dazzle.
*****
Punches: framelits holiday ornaments...key tag...joy and cheer embossing folder.
*****
Additional supplies: green glitter ribbon...snail...s/u mini glue dots...big shot...score-it...fiskar...and acrylic blocks.

Thank you to my stampin' ladies for another fun evening...thanks to all of you for stoppin' by this rainy morning to check out my card...it's a little cold and it's drizzling out and that's a nice day to stay in and catch up with some of my stampin' projects...I hope you get a chance to do that to...enjoy the rest of the morning...have a great day...and a stampin' good time.
