Frozen Thank You Cards

You have a frozen Birthday Party...of course you have to have Frozen Thank You cards.

I couldn't find a Frozen rubber stamp...not sure if they are out there...I didn't have time to do too much searching...so I had to come up with another plan.

My Grand Daughter...and her Mama loved the cards just as much as I did...Score!

It was wonderful that these cards were so very quick and easy.

Thanks so much for dropping by...hope your day is as Fabulous as you are.

Nothing in the Caterpillar

This morning I started off doing a case of this card from the Sale-A-Brations Catty...but my creativity took over and I ended up with something a little different...But I love it...inside is blank, because I'm not sure if I will use as a Birthday or Get Well card...either will be Fabulous.

I absolutely love the subtleness of the stamped background.

Of course the spritzer tool is my favorite look on the cards.

Here is the easy recipe:

Stamp set: Butterflies Basics.
*****
Card stock: Bermuda Bay...pink flamingo and Bali Breeze DSP's...whisper white...and white printer paper.
*****
Inks: Bermuda Bay...crisp cantaloupe...and pistachio pudding.
*****

*****

*****
Additional Supplies: acrylic blocks...spritzer tool...snail...s/u mini glue dots...sticky strip...stampin' dimensionals...sherbet designer buttons...spring dew mini dew drops...crystal effects...and melon rind green bakers twine.

Birthday's are the Best

I love Birthdays...and I'm loving the colours of this birthday card...just too pretty if I may say so myself...LOL...also it's another quick and easy card...that I could do in any colour and it would still be very pretty.

I enjoy using my embossing folders...and the honeycomb folder has become one of my favorites.

It's so time saving to have the framelits to cut out my banners...it would take forever to draw and cut out by hand.

I added some crystals in purple and clear to give some bling to my card...I like the sparkle.

Here is the recipe...very quick and easy:

Stamp set: it's your birthday.
*****
Card stock: wisteria wonder...lovely lilac...lavender lace...vintage violet...whisper white...and white printer paper.
*****
Ink: elegant eggplant.
*****
Punches: honeycomb folder...bitty banners framelits...and small octagon nesting dies.
*****
Additional supplies: purple and clear crystals...sticky strip...crystal effects...simply scored plate...big shot...and fiskars.

Star Spangled Day is Kawaii

I know I say this all the time...but I can't help it...I love this card...and to top it off it's also Kawaii...LOL.

The stamp set I used...Star Spangled Day has been retired from Stampin' Up for many years...but it is one of my many favorites...and I'm always happy when I have a reason to use it.

If you look closely at the bottom of the card...I did a Zig Zag or Chevron design using my embossing folder...love the little watermelon...Totally Kawaii.

Adding the stars was a last minute touch...I had scraps left over and just couldn't throw them out since I could still get them to fit in the star punch...how many times have you hesitated at throwing out a scrap of Paper...especially DSP...LOL...I do all the time.

This is the easy recipe:

Stamp set: star spangled day.
*****
Card stock: whisper white...bashful blue...island indigo...blush blossom...real red...and white printer paper.
*****
Ink: island indigo.
*****
Markers: stampin' write.
*****
Punches: 1 1/4" and 1 3/8" circles...corner rounder...small star...and zig zag folder.
*****
Additional supplies: diamond stickles...snail...sticky strip...stampin' dimensionals...shore bakers twine...simply scored plate...big shot and fiskars.

How about that washi tape...I ran it through my big shot and it turned out beautiful...I'm very please with how it looks...I will use that technique more often...and it will inspire me to use up some of that washi tape I have.
