Dennis's Birthday

I love this set and thought it was perfect to make a card for my brother's birthday on Saturday...it's perfect for masculine cards which I don't do too often...but think I'll make more with this set...it has several different pick-ups.

Stamp sets: Classic pick-up's (retired)...lots of thoughts.

Card stock; very vanilla...true thyme (retired)...so saffron...mellow moss...old olive...and cream printer paper.

Inks: wild wasabi.

Markers: so saffron...certainly celery...old olive...and mellow moss.

Additional supplies...snail adhesive...tag corner punch...1/16 hand held circle punch...green jewel brad...crystal effects...and sheer iridescent celedon ribbon from Offray purchased at Joanne's.

The ribbon from Offray is absolutely stunning...the soft greens and the shimmer...and the tiny stripes of gold running through it...I fell in love with it and said I need to stock up on more...the photo doesn't show the real beauty of it...I went back to Joannes to get more but they were out of it and she believes it is discountinued...DARN...DARN...DARN...lol.

All supplies from Stampin' Up unless otherwise noted.

Thanks everyone for stopping by...enjoy the beautiful weather...even though it is cold today...tomorrow promises icy rain or some snow...I think I'll go and have a cup of hot green tea.

Thanks again...and have a stampin' good day.
