Cupcake Celebration

I'm going to make this post as quick as it took me to make this adorable card that could be used for a birthday...or to celebrate any occasion.

This is the quickie recipe:

Stamps: Birthday Best (retired)...and Wonderful Words.

Card stock: regal rose...assorted scraps...and white printer paper.

*****

Inks: cranberry crisp (retired).

*****

Markers: assorted colours.

*****

Additional supplies: sizzix star border die...snail adhesive...score-it board...ticket corner punch...art deckle ruler...crystal effects...score-it board...and stickles yellow glitter.

As you can see inside the card...I used the Art Deckle Ruler to tear the paper.

Unfortunately...due to my lousy picture taking...you can't see that I put Crystal Effects on the icing of the cupcake...it gives it a little dimension.
