Happy Birthday Scraps

This card I made out of leftover scraps...and I love how it turned out...it is so bright and colourful...it goes to show what would be wasted if these had been thrown out...instead I put them to good use...and the bling gave the card some nice sparkle.

This is the recipe:
Stamp sets: warmest regards(retired).
*****
Card stock: whisper white...assorted scraps...and cream printer paper.
*****
Inks: brilliant blue.
*****
Punches: scallop circle...scallop edge...1 3/8 inch circle...
1 1/4 inch circle...1 inch circle...3/4 inch circle...1/2 inch circle...ticket corner...slit...small star...and tiny flower punch from EKSuccess.
*****
Additional supplies: snail adhesive...crystal effects...amber rhinestones...and score-it board.
*****
All supplies from stampin' up unless otherwise noted.

Thanks for stopping by...and have a stampin' good day.
