...Simple Things

This is my card I had for the stampin' ladies to make on Friday night...it is very simple and could be used for any occasion...change the sentiment to one of your own for a special touch...I really like how it turned out...using the horizontal slot punch makes the square look like a big buckle.

This is the recipe:
Stamp sets: give thanks...and label classics(both are retired).
*****
Card stock: naturals ivory...confetti cream...riding hood red...pumpkin pie...old olive...and cream printer paper purchased from staples.
*****
Inks: old olive and chocolate chip.
*****
Markers: assorted stampin' write.
*****
Additional supplies: cuttle bug autumn type folder...score-it board...fiskar cutter...grosgrain leaf ribbon from Joannes...stickles silver glitter glue...snail adhesive...sakura clear glitter pen...ticket corner and horizontal slot punches.
*****
All supplies from stampin' up unless otherwise noted.

This is the inside of the card with the cream printer paper...I used the ticket corner punch.

Thanks so much for stopping by and sharing my card this morning...lets keep the victims and their families of hurricane Ike in our prayers...have a stampin' good day.
