This is the first project of a new class that I've started with the stampin' ladies called A Sketchin' Good is very easy...will not take a lot of time...and will get our creative juices flowing...once a month I will give the ladies a sketch...and they will take it home...they really shouldn't spend more than thirty minutes on whatever project they decide to make with the sketch...they will give it back to me after the allotted time and I will post the end of the year everyone will have twelve great cards or projects for their stash...whenever they need a card for a special occasion they will have it available to them...and what's great is they will keep the sketch to change around for whenever they come up with stampers happens to the best of us.
The first sketch is to make a card or project and incorporate the photo frame...some dots...hearts...stars...and ribbon.

This is January's recipe:

Stamp sets: outlined for fun(retired)...and itty bitty backgrounds.
Card stock: close to cocoa...old olive...summer sun...naturals ivory...real red...and white printer paper.
Inks: close to cocoa.
Markers: barely banana.
Punches: country heart and small star.
Additional supplies: snail adhesive...brown ribbon from Joanne's...crystal effects...cuttle bug Swiss dots folder...sizzix rectangle frame die...and stampin' dimensionals.

All supplies from stampin' up unless otherwise noted.

This was a fun and easy card to make...I will share what one of the stampin' ladies did for her project tomorrow...thanks for stopping by and sharing my project this morning...stay warm and have a stampin' good day.
*BTW...the base to my card is close to cocoa...but when I checked my blog after looks like the card stock is anyone else out there seeing it as purple...or are you seeing the correct brown colour?
