Different Takes

Circle Birthday
Carol and I had a great time yesterday having a stampin' good time...LOL...we got quite a lot done but I will only have time to share a couple of the cards we did...we both used the same stamp sets and you will get to see the different takes we had on the set...the theme for both cards were Birthdays...I see a monthly project coming on...maybe we will do it again next month since we had such a great time with this one..
*****
This is my easy recipe:
Stamp sets: ...and everything nice and small greetings.
*****
Card stock: pretty in pink...chocolate chip...and assorted scraps.
*****
Ink: chocolate chip.
*****
Markers: stampin' write and black glaze.
*****
Punches: scallop circle and 1 3/8" circle.
*****
Additional supplies: snail...score-it...and fiskar.

The sentiment looks like it's inside a flower...which goes nicely with the theme of the card.

Happy Birthday Bookplate

This is Carol's take on this stamp set.

This is Carol's recipe:
Stamp sets: ...and everything nice and warmest regards.
*****
Card stock: summer sun...whisper white...certainly celery...and border blue.
*****
Ink: chocolate chip.
*****
Pencils: S/U watercolour.
*****
Punches: sizzix designer bookplates.
*****
Additional supplies: red sizzix...blue yarn...silver brads...snail...score-it...and fiskar.

Carol decided to add her sentiment a little differently than usual...very nice...I like it.

This is all I have time to share this morning...I will post some more of what we did tomorrow...thanks for droppin' in this morning and sharing our cards...enjoy the rest of the morning...and I hope everyone has a stampin' good day.
