Happy Holidays

We made a couple of quick cards in the workshop this month...to keep as extras to send out during the holidays...we always seem to forget the manicurist or dog groomer...and even the paper boy who comes and delivers the paper during rain or snow storm...now we will have some extra cards on hand for anyone we may have forgotten during the holiday season.

This was such an easy card to make...and the fact that we used a small circle punch to cut out the ornaments...rather than doing it by hand made it a very quick project too.

I absolutely love the new Frostwood Lodge DSP...it allowed me to make the same cards with a different look on some of them...below are two of the versions we made in class...but with that large packet of papers you can make several different versions for yourself to give.

Here is the recipe:

Stamp set: holiday happiness.
*****
Card stock: frostwood lodge DSP...old olive...whisper white...and white printer paper.
*****
Ink: real red and glorious green.
*****
Punches: Ornaments folder...card, telephone and address clear die...scallop and wide ovals...1/2" circle...1/16" hand held circle...and paper piercing tool.
*****
Additional supplies: stampin' up mini glue dots...snail...fiskar...score-it...big shot...and star brads.

I loved this project...my stampin' ladies loved this project...we are happy stampers...lol...and very happy to have a set of cards ready to give if we need to...thanks for droppin' by this morning and sharing these fun cards with me...I hope everyone has a great day and a stampin' good time.
