Any Ocassion Card

Carol did a beautiful card for our stampin' good time class last night...using the theme for this month...which is "Soft Subtles"...I can see using this card for mothers day...or to cheer up a friend who is sick...so many possibilities for it...It was also very quick and easy to complete...make a few and put them away for when you need a card...as you can see on this sample Carol left out any kind of sentiment...but the vase is made up of a sentiment.

It reads:
" If the day and night are sad that you greet them with joy, and life emits a fragrance like flowers and sweet scented herbs, that is your success."...Henry David Thoreau...such a pretty sentiment.

Stamps: Best kind of friends.

Card stock: Certainly celery...apricot appeal...whisper white...almost amethyst.

Inks: Apricot appeal...almost amethyst...certainly celery...and pretty in pink.

Markers: Apricot appeal...certainly celery...and almost amethyst.

Additional supplies: snail adhesive...gold brads...1/16 circle hand punch...and sheer iridescent ribbon.

All supplies are from Stampin Up unless otherwise noted.

Carol did a great job on this card and we loved it...thanks for sharing it with us.

Thanks everyone for stopping by this dreary morning...I'm going to stay home and relax today...and have myself a stampin' good time...I hope everyone has a great day also...I will post my project that I shared with the class tomorrow.
