A Haunting

This was a fun card to make...and it was very easy since I used the cuttle bug folder to emboss the haunted house...the ghosts are flying all over this haunted house...and the bats are flying by in the moonlight...it was easier to emboss the house rather than stamp it...then try to cut it out (but that can be done to if you don't have the folder)...can you see the eyes of the ghosts?...don't they look like hot coals still burning.

This is the recipe:

Stamp sets: a haunting we will go(retired)...and Halloween bats from Hero Arts.
*****
Card stock: basic black...whisper white...and white printer paper from staples.
*****
Inks: basic black...and brilliance moonlight white pigment.
*****
Additional supplies: snail adhesive...stampin' dimensionals...fiskar cutter...score-it board...tag corner punch...cuttle bug haunted Halloween folder...stickles orange peel glitter glue...aqua painter...black and white gingham ribbon from Joannes...Shimmerz angel wings...sunny...and beeswax glitter paint.
*****
All supplies from stampin' up unless otherwise noted.

Inside the card I have white printer paper to write my note or stamp a sentiment...I used the tag corner punch on the corners of the paper.

I used Shimmerz Angel Wings on the ghosts...and in the windows... and Sunny on the moon to give them that glittery look...after I stamped the "A Haunting" on the white card stock the white was too stark against the black so I used my fingers on the ink pad to smudge it up a bit and tone down the white.

Thanks for stopping by this morning and sharing this spooktacular card with me...it's a little chilly this morning so I'm going to go and drink a cup of hot tea to warm up my insides...enjoy the cool weather...and have a stampin' good day.
