Cupcake Milk Carton and Matching Tag

Japan and her people are suffering after the worst earth quake and tsunami in the country's history...Shelterbox is a wonderful international relief organization that is trying to help them...they supply shelter, food, warmth and dignity to people who are affected by disasters world wide...if you can please consider making a donation to this small organization...this has become my favorite charity...the money really goes to help people...remember to keep the people of Japan in your prayers today...the folding of 1000 cranes or tsuru are a symbol of healing and hope during challenging times...and for the people of Japan these certainly are challenging times...I wish the people of Japan good luck and a very long life.

This is the last of the projects we made in our class last week...the milk carton die is a fun and easy die to work with...and has lots of possibilities for quick gifts...we had a great time with this project.

Here is a closer look at the gift tag...I'm so thrilled to be able to use up some of my stash of shipping tags...I used my tag punch to add another tag in the concord crush card stock behind the cuppy cake.

This is the easy recipe:

Stamp sets: create a cupcake and mini mates.
*****
Card stock: concord crush...pretty in pink...real red...ice cream parlor DSP...cream shipping tag and white tag are from staples.
*****
Ink: regal rose.
*****
Punches: mini milk carton die...1 3/8" circle...and large rectangle.
*****
Additional supplies: white library clip...crystal effects...s/u mini glue dots...big shot...standard premium crease pad...and sticky strip.

Thank you so much for stoppin' by this snowy morning and sharing our milk carton project...yeppers another snow day and it's been coming down at a pretty good clip all morning...I knew I should never have put my spring flag outside so soon...lol.
Once again please remember Japan and her people...enjoy the rest of your morning...and I hope you all have a stampin' good time.
