Sending You My Love

I love Karen Stolpers girls...they are all my favorites...I must admit when I first saw them I didn't think that I'd love them as much as I do...they are perfect for quick cards...there's not much to colour in...but the little you do colour gives them such a big impact...and Karen has one for every occasion you can think of...Geez it's going to take me forever to collect all of them...LOL...these cards are the same stamp...just making very slight differences to each card.

Stamp sets: "Card" stamp by Karen Stolper purchased at The Great American Stamp Store...and many happy returns.

Card stock: pretty in pink...pink passion...very vanilla...real red...printed scraps...cream paper from staples.

Additional supplies: ticker corner punch...snail adhesive...sizzix photo corners die...stickles red glitter...and pink plaid ribbon from Joannes.

I love how the cream paper gives the inside of the card a finished look...and it's also great for writing you note when the card stock is too dark...so now I always complete all my cards this way...I really LOVE it.

Today turned out quite nice...even though it is very cold and a little windy...but after two days of snow the sunshine is a welcome relief...thanks for stopping by.
Have a stampin' good day.

Snow

We are still having snow on and off this morning...so I will stay tucked inside my stampin' room and make a couple of cards again today...I love this set and when I bought it I thought I was going to wear it out...but this is the first time I've had a chance to use it.

Thanks Snow Much...3 X 3

This was a perfect day to stay home...have a stampin' good time...and enjoy a cup of hot chocolate...so I pulled out one of my snowmen sets that I love so much...with all the snow outside...(at least 12 inches) this was going to be fun...these little cards are 3 X 3 and I made matching envies for them too.

Stamp set: Thanks so much (retired).

Card stock: old olive...chocolate chip...rose red...so saffron...snow flakes on red purchased at ACMoore...cream printer paper purchased at Staples.

Markers: old olive...chocolate chip...only orange...and rose red.

Additional supplies: snail adhesive...ticket corner punch...silver cording (retired)...stickles icicles...fiskars cutter...score-it-board...and cranberry crisp single stitch ribbon (retired).

All supplies are from Stampin' Up unless otherwise noted.

These little cards can't be mailed in their 3 X 3 envies...but they would be wonderful tucked in a gift basket...a box of homemade cookies...or any little gift.

This is my favorite finishing touch to my cards...a piece of plain printer paper inside of the dark cards to write my note...I usually take the ticket corner punch to the paper...but any corner punch would look great.

These are the 3 X 3 envies to go with the cards...I used printed paper...but they would look good used with a double sided paper also...and to finish it off I used the ticket corner punch and some printer paper to make small labels for the front of the envie.
Thank you for stopping by on this snowy morning...I had fun stampin'...and I hope everyone also enjoyed a stampin' good day...MMMMMMMMM...my hot chocolate was delish.

Gently Falling Hearts

I started making this card over a month ago and never finished it...then I forgot about it...but it has come in handy for me today since I don't have any cards or projects to post.

It's so cute and is a quick and easy card to complete...it doesn't have to be for Valentines day...just add an additional sentiment to make it special for whomever you are giving it to.

Stamp Sets: Gently Falling and S/A Jumbo wheel Lots of Hearts...both are retired from Stampin' Up.

Card Stock: Real red...basic black...whisper white...and cream printer paper from staples.

Inks: Real red S/A jumbo cartridge...and basic black.

Additional Supplies: snail adhesive...ticket corner punch...stampin' dimensionals...paper snips...diamond glaze...natural hemp twine...and my favorite score-it-board.

All supplies are from Stampin' Up unless otherwise noted.

Inside the card I used the cream printer paper to write my note...it gives the card a very nice finished look...also it's great for card stock that is too dark to write on...use the corner ticket punch to do the corners of the paper and it really completes the look.

Well that's it for today...I have tons of work to do this morning...and hopefully I will get a chance to stamp tonight...it's going to be very cold today...stay warm everyone...thanks for stopping by this morning.

Have a stampin' good day.
